I am a strong believer in the successes of the wellness model. The wellness model encompasses a tripod of elements that are all interconnected. Ensuring effective performance results from an active, lifelong interconnection of Lifestyle, Social, and Mental Skills.

Mental skills training can help improve performance. With this training you will develop a strong mental attitude that will lead to success on the field, on the stage, in the classroom or in the boardroom.

Clinical and Performance Hypnosis

An effective approach to any issue or problem that would improve by reducing to stress reduction is hypnosis. This therapeutic tool can be used in conjunction with mental skills training and counseling.
